Networking Event
Communicators’ held a small informal Networking Event recently which covered the topic ‘Explaining the Popularity of Psychometric Testing’. Speakers from AddedInsight, Michaela Drumm, registered psychologist and Director/founder, and Mike Green, psychological consultant, discussed these areas:
- Adding value to your selection process through identifying required personality traits and aptitudes;
- Identifying levels of emotional resilience, extraversion and openness to change in your candidates;
- Measuring reasoning abilities of overseas or remote candidates in a supervised manner via webcam.
They also presented role plays of how to use the questionnaire and how to give immediate feedback to the candidate. The speakers answered questions the attendees had and discussed ways in which they could use this testing personally or in their organisation.
Feedback from those who attended has shown that it was an informative and successful event.
